Some coverage needs never end: a fixed chemical handling area, a permanent process unit, a facility standard that calls for emergency shower capacity year-round. Plenty of those sites run a long-term rental for years at a time, with maintenance, testing, and replacement handled by us. Others reach a point where owning the unit suits the operation better.
When that’s the case, TJ Cole Services Group coordinates the manufacture of new emergency shower units: the same field-proven design as our rental fleet, built for your site. Units are configured to your requirements: tank size, trailer or skid mounting, winter package, hazardous-location suitability, and site power.
Every build reflects more than 25 years of keeping this equipment working on Canadian industrial sites. It isn’t a catalogue product.

Multi-Year Rentals
A rental doesn’t have to be short. Units stay on site for years where that works best, and servicing, testing, and swap-outs stay with us instead of your maintenance crew.

Built to Your Site
For an owned unit: tank capacity, mounting, winter package, alarms, and power configured for your location and classification. Every unit is fully commissioned and tested before delivery.

Rent While It’s Built
New units are manufactured to order, and that takes time. A rental covers your site from day one and comes off hire when your new unit lands.
The process
From Requirements to Commissioning
- Scope: your hazards, site classification, water and power, climate.
- Configure: tank size (400/600 gal), trailer or skid, winter package, alarms.
- Build: manufacture and testing coordinated with qualified tradesmen.
- Deliver: shipped to your site anywhere in Canada, ready to power up.
Manufacturing takes time, so most sites start on a rental either way. Tell us the timeline and we’ll sort out the coverage in between.
